The villa consists of a light and expansive living area with open plan lounge, with fireplace, dining area and fully equipped modern kitchen including a large scullery and separate pantry. The living area flows to the timber deck and pool area. A cosy TV lounge with doors leading to a reserve-facing deck and the pool deck on the other side. There are three bedrooms on the upper levels. The lower level has three bedrooms, a dedicated causal lounge with doors leading to a reserve-facing deck, and a fully equipped kitchen.

One Eland is a fully serviced property. Joseph, a wonderful Malawian man, lives on the property in a separate dedicated flatlet. Joseph is available to service the house every day and he is a wonderful cook who will delight you with prepared meals to your request.
