A magnificent 5 bedroom self-catering beach house which will leave you satiated in every sense! Located in the well-known surfer’s paradise, Kommetjie, and set one row back from the beach. A short stroll through the garden gate will find you barefoot on the soft white sands of Long Beach. A large covered veranda, luxuriously furnished, overlooks the pool and the white sands and turquoise waters.

Living

The lounge, dining room and kitchen are open plan with an easy flow to the outdoors. A cosy wood-burning fireplace in the lounge with relaxing couches and a large hand-made dining room table seating 8 in the dining area – there is under-floor heating in the downstairs area. Decorated in typical beach style, the atmosphere is spacious, calm and tranquil.

Leisure

From the lounge and dining area, there are French doors opening onto a large covered verandah with plenty of comfortable seating for peaceful relaxed reading and a dining table for good entertainment at the BBQ and el fresco meals on Summers evenings. The verandah flows onto the garden and swimming pool. The upstairs lounge leads onto a magnificent deck with ample seating and awe inspiring views. Enjoy the sunset with a glass of fine Cape wine.

'This house was such an amazing place to stay during our holidays. We were a big family with small kids and it was perfect. Child friendly and lots of space for everyone. The pool was great with an easy pool cover to take off and on. Loved that the beach was a one minute stroll away. The house is perfectly situated so if the wind is strong you are well sheltered on the outdoor patio. We had a really tough time leaving the house when it was time. The service we received from CVC was spectacular. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The kids received Christmas gifts and the communication was on top!
