Wonderful light open plan spaces, beautifully decorated and boasting panoramic sea views. The large living area flows to a family room and a formal lounge with open plan dining area and beautiful modern kitchen. Prepare a gourmet meal while watching the sun set. Mostly, just sit back and enjoy the magnificent view.

Imagine sipping a glass of the Cape’s finest wine beside the sparkling pool whilst gazing at the breathtaking view. The outdoor entertainment area is sheltered from the summer winds and the indoor entertainment area with barbeque offers a splendid haven from the elements. TV and cinema room for days indoors. Take a stroll on a mountain path directly from the house or a short drive to the beach. Local restaurants and deli’s offer an array of possibilities within a 5 minute drive.
