Watch the sun set over the Atlantic Ocean as you enjoy your dinner on the terrace or have a late dip in the solar-heated pool. Fantastic indoor/outdoor flow means there is a comfortable place for everyone to relax. A few minutes drive to the beach, restaurants and large shopping mall. A few minutes more and you are on the Constantia Wine Route or swimming with penguins on Boulders Beach. This is a much loved home with a warm atmosphere. Ideal for a family with children, suitable for all ages. The magic of the surrounding mountains, the blue skies, the flowers and the greenery of the garden create the perfect peaceful holiday feel. Living

Spacious open plan living area with great flow onto covered veranda, large garden and solar-heated pool with sun loungers. Generous main lounge with fire place and wall-mounted plasma TV, open plan dining area leading to kitchen. A second smaller, family TV room/play room with direct access to the back garden with jungle gym and 10ft trampoline for the kids. DVD player, video machine, Satellite TV (with PVR decoder) and WiFi throughout ensure that everyone is entertained. A separate study provides a quiet place to work if you need to stay on top of those deadlines. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern new appliances including; gas stove/electric oven/extractor fan, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave and coffee machine. Under floor heating on the ground level keeps your toes toasty and warm in winter. There are also heaters available upstairs. Immaculate finishes, clean and well maintained.

Leisure

Large covered veranda with various comfortable areas to relax. Spectacular sea and mountain views! The hand-made wooden table seats 10 for alfresco dining. Portable Weber braai for barbeques. Children’s outdoor play area to the rear of the house. The solar-heated pool has a removable fence for toddler safety. This home is private, tranquil and secure, and protected from the Cape summer winds. Complimented with a large lawn and established garden.

"Our holiday was in one word 'fantastic'! The house over achieved our expectations. I even regard it as one of my best holidays ever. In the end both Gillian her parents made it and they also, in their own words, had a holiday they will talk about for years! Lavender villa is an absolutely stunning home in a great setting. The house is modern yet has a ‘warm feel’ to it and is very well kept. When we arrived it truly felt we arrived in a 5 star hotel. A great deal of attention is spent on detail and the house is spotlessly clean. There is nothing to fault. Every last detail is thought of. Thanks for the lovely wine, cookies and chocolate - highly appreciated. The cleaning lady was very friendly, hardworking and thorough! The views from the garden allow you to watch the sunset over Noordhoek beach. It is a great place for children to. The neighborhood is safe and very close to a bar, shops, deli and a few great restaurants. Noordhoek is also a great starting point to explore the Cape, and is a good place to relax yet still close to the action with Cape town less than 30 minutes away. The kids both absolutely loved it; the garden, the climbing rack and the toys and DVD’s in the house. Extra note, we loved the showers! We enjoyed every second in this haven, we have had an amazing time and would love to come back. It is clear we would highly recommend staying here. (Is it for sale by any chance?). “We spent a superb week in Lavender Villa! Set in the lovely Noordhoek are, it is a perfect base for a varied and relaxing break. Each room is spacious, tastefully decorated - with crisp freshly-laundered linen, and thoughtful finishing touches. The open plan living room is large but cosy and inviting. And there is a fireplace to add warmth on nippy autumn evenings. All in all it's a much loved family home. The gardens are perfect for children to play with a good sized pool, plus trampoline and climbing frame to keep them busy.There is a stunning beach just a stone’s throw away. Plus, some fantastic local pubs and restaurants. We spent a very enjoyable Sunday afternoon at Café Roux, listening to the live music whilst our children had a ball in the adjoining play area.
