Where to Stay on Family Holidays in Cape Town
From the glitzy beaches of Camps Bay all the way to the peaceful, warm waters of the False Bay coastline, and of course plenty of areas in between too, there is certainly no shortage of ideas when choosing where to stay.
Some areas remain extremely busy due to their range of attractions and proximity to the City Centre, but you would be amazed at how many areas have yet to be ‘discovered’ by the masses. If you’re looking for something truly special this year, here are some ideas to get you started…
1. Atlantic Seaboard
This area is ideal for those who like the finer things in life, boasting a number of stylish villas to suit every taste. Suburbs along this coastline include Camps Bay, as well as the Waterfront, Green Point, Sea Point, Bantry Bay, Clifton and Llandudno.

The historic Constantia Wine Route is found in this area, along with attractions such as Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens and Newlands Forest.
